Are you an independent and proactive individual with a passion for HR? We have an opportunity for an undergraduate to join our HR team as an HR Operations undergraduate. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with many different people across the business, thriving in a fast-paced environment. You'll develop essential skills in teamwork and time management while enhancing your expertise in HR data and Excel.

This is what your time at Volkswagen Financial Services might look like:

  • Create surveys and reports of the findings

  • Help support many different areas of the business including the Podcast, the DEI agenda and more

  • Manage the HR operations inbox

  • Manage the monthly and annual cycle reporting

  • Help keep the HR intranet content up to date

  • Support the Culture and Engagement team as well as work closely with Communications and Employee forums.

    Pursuing any degree if you have skills transferable to the role.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with confidence

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Proficiency in Excel and eagerness to expand technical skills

  • Intermediate/Strong excel skills with the ability to analyse data

  • Here's what our process looks like:
  • Apply and upload your CV, covering letter and answer a few application questions.

  • You'll then be invited to complete a Situational Judgement Test. This is a short multiple-choice question set to understand how you may approach situations.

  • If you pass this stage, you will be invited to complete an online video interview where you will have the opportunity to tell us more about yourself.

  • If successful, your final step in the journey is to attend an assessment centre at our Milton Keynes office where you will take part in a group exercise, complete a short interview and deliver a presentation. You'll also meet some of our managers and our current Undergraduates to find out more about a placement year with us.
