What will you be doing?
We have a range of exciting roles designed to help you get your HR career off to a flying start :
- HR Operations : Support our team by handling employee queries, drafting essential letters, and keeping our HR systems up-to-date.
- HR Advisory : Work closely with employees and managers to resolve issues and enhance workplace practices.
- Learning & Development (L&D) : Manage training schedules, maintain records, and track L&D activities to ensure everyone at IRIS gets the support they need.
- Executive Support & Talent Development : Support our Chief People Officer and talent programmes, gaining hands-on experience in executive support, project management, and talent development in a dynamic environment., Supportive Environment : Join a team that values learning and development, offering a supportive atmosphere to help you grow professionally.
- Diverse Experience : Work on a variety of tasks and projects that will give you a well-rounded view of HR functions and practices.
- Make a Difference : Play a crucial role in shaping a positive work environment and contributing to our company's success.

- Assessment Stage : After we review your application, you'll complete some online assessments. These help us understand your skills and ensure a fair evaluation for everyone.
- Have an apprenticeship, degree, or relevant work experience.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Previous office or administrative experience is a bonus but not essential.

- The ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with different people.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Initial Interview : If your application progresses, you'll have a short video call via Microsoft Teams with a member of our Talent Team.

Group Assessment : The final step involves a group assessment at our Slough / Heathrow Approach office (SL3 8QY) during the week commencing 9 or 16 September 2024.
This will include various activities to showcase your skills and fit for our HR opportunities.
