HR Partner- Park Royal
We are currentlyrecruiting a people-centric, engaging HRPartner to join our fantastic depot teamin ParkRoyal . This role reports intothe Regional HR Business Partner and forms a key part of both thesite Leadership Team and South HRteam.
Therole:
Our site-based HR colleaguesare critical to our business, acting as a key hub of expertise,guidance and coaching for their stakeholders. As an HRPartner, you'll be responsible for providing both an effectiveday-to-day HR service as well as being instrumental in developingand embedding people initiatives aligned with our ambitious growthstrategy and site needs. You will bring expertise to ensurethat employee relations are effectively managed through coachingline managers, whilst using data to identify and monitor trends andensuring measures are taken to addressthem.
This is a site-based role in ParkRoyal, with the option to work from home 1 day a week. There willneed to be some flexibility with working hours at times due to theoperation running 24/7, although for the most part you will workstandard office hours.
KeyAccountabilities andResponsibilities:
+ Partnerthe General Manager in developing and delivering on the People Planfor the site
+ Coach site leaders on all aspectsof leading their people to deliver success and live our culture andvalues
+ Provide robust and challenging debate onpeople matters to ensure great business decisions are driven withcolleagues and customers at the heart.
+ Toensure all managers have the relevant level of training, coachingand support to manage their people.
+ Using ERdata to highlight trends and providingsolutions.
+ Supporting line managers in complexER cases, ensuring they are conducted with aconsistent approach.
+ Actively managingcolleague retention and absence - analysing the data to ensure weare reducing attrition.
+ Support withchange initiatives, ensuring that they are implemented inaccordance with best practise.
+ Ensure there isa consistent onboarding experience for colleagues and new linemanagers.
+ Ensuring line managers are drivingengagement on site through Employee Communication Forum's,listening groups and Sysco Speaks actionplans.
+ To support the HR Admin in effectivesubmission of weekly payroll.
+ Supportperformance management and team development through continuousperformancepractices.

You'llhave sound and up to date knowledge of employment law andlegislation to effectively manage and resolve complex ER cases.Strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy as well asexcellent analytical skills are essential, as is experience offacilitating change and a strong understanding of the concepts andchallenges of change management.
You'll either beCIPD qualified (level 5), currently working towards this orqualified by experience and ready to do your qualification.
We are looking for someone who iscomfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able topositively influence whilst building strong working relationshipswith the site management team and wider stakeholdergroups.
