Full Job Description

We have an amazing opportunity for a HR Process Improvement Project Manager to work as part of the Nestlé UK&I HR function. With continuous improvement being a key business priority, this is an exciting time to join the HR Projects team to ensure changes improve our ways of working and employee experience. There are some key strategic projects on the horizon and the team are expanding to ensure we are future ready. This supports our business needs, whilst guiding users through change to improve their skills and business efficiency. A key part of this role is understanding the external trends and opportunities which we could utilise. A day in the life of HR Process Improvement Project Manager Ultimately you will be responsible for managing multiple projects across HR at any given time. Managing and driving projects to completion you will hold the project team accountable for their agreed actions and ensure all stakeholders are updated on project delivery, with informed insight around any risks identified and proposal of the management of overcoming these risks. You will also;

  • Technology & Process Expertise Act as the key point of contact for the business teams across the HR E2E process flows, ensuring our systems are fit for purpose and appropriate development initiatives are in place supporting the business OMP
  • Continuous improvement of processes to strengthen the competitive edge of the company, maximising the benefits of the Global solution
  • Ensure compliance by confirming that the relevant best practices are understood and adhered to in the business
  • Relationship Management Be the bridge between the Global business solutions teams and the user community, sharing business requirements and knowledge across these groups. Additionally, build and maintain relationships within the HR Function. All of which is critical to successful project delivery.
  • Short-medium term insights Review technology roadmaps and benchmark externally to ensure we have our finger on the pulse for any future changes or trends, then joining the dots to our current ways of working., We are committed to equal opportunity for all and we may collect relevant data for monitoring purposes during our candidate registration process.     Have a project management qualification or will be willing to work towards one
  • Experience managing numerous projects concurrently, ensuring timelines are met and stakeholders taken on the journey
  • Having a solid understanding of working on HR related activities and the sensitivity this requires around people and their data.
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors/SAP is preferred
  • You'll be a systems expert with a growth mindset ready to keep learning in this ever-changing landscape e.g. the growth of AI and how it could impact our systems and processes, Power BI
  • The ability to network and influence all the way from junior to senior level
  • Coaching skills
  • Have user experience at the heart of all your work, ensuring we are making solutions and processes better for the people involved.

    Salary - Circa £40,000 depending on experience + potential bonus + generous pension scheme + 12 flexible days on top of 25day holiday entitlement + 2 paid volunteering days + other fantastic benefits!, What can we offer in return?
