HR Process & Systems Specialist Location: Milton Keynes (MK4 3FU) Contract Type: Permanent Hybrid working - 3 days in office DHL, an award-winning global leader in supply chain solutions, is seeking a talented HR Process & Systems Specialist to join our HR Shared Service Centre. This pivotal role is focused on optimizing end-to-end HR processes, aligning regional and global strategies, and enhancing the customer and user experience within our HR systems. WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

  • Process Improvement: Support, coordinate, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across HR systems and processes. Aim for streamlined and standardized processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Process Design & Documentation: Design, document, and assess processes using standardized frameworks, ensuring they meet global requirements, legal/regulatory compliance and internal controls.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Actively gather process improvement suggestions from business stakeholders, HR Shared Services teams, and customer surveys, developing solutions to address identified needs.
  • System Management: Oversee the planning and implementation of system builds, manage user acceptance testing, and evaluate post-implementation improvements.
  • Training & Communication: Develop content for training sessions and communicate process updates and changes effectively to operational teams.

  • Proven ability to work effectively across teams and divisions.
  • Experience in HR systems, process improvement, or project management, ideally within a Shared Services or HR Operations context.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to assess complex business processes and recommend optimizations.
  • Solid general business and operational management experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
  • Experience with written documentation, continuous improvement methodologies, and stakeholder management.
