HR Project Coordinator

We are a team of 12 who work closely together in a great work environment. We have the flexibility to work full time in the office or in a hybrid way, ensuring that we are together in the office up to 3 days a week. The team is friendly and supportive and this role will sit within the HR Services Team, led by the HR Services Lead.,

• Provide support with the fulfilment of day-to-day HR and recruitment tasks and the successful implementation of new HR, recruitment, payroll (including expenses and timesheets) and learning management systems and the closure of current systems.
• Provide project support and coordination.
• Support the development, implementation and documenting of efficient administrative systems and processes to support the needs of the
• Lead on the preparation of data, data cleansing and data input for the development of the new systems, ensuring data is accurate, secure, and maintained.
  
  Experience of working in a HR environment
• Experience of developing administration systems and processes that improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Strong planning and organising skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
• Thorough knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel with the ability to prepare, merge and cleanse data.
Experience of implementing new HR/Payroll systems and/or experience of project coordination/support is desirable.
