An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 12 month fixed term - Hr Project Support Manager, Band 6 working within Strategic Resourcing. Working closely with the Resourcing Team the HR Project Support Manager will support the delivery of HR projects within Strategic Resourcing. The successful applicant will have proven experience of providing operational management support, both generally and for specific time-limited projects using a business focussed approach as well as proven experience of working with a variety of stakeholder groups. They will have experience of monitoring and implementing projects ensuring targets are met by liaising with the relevant team member and/or stakeholders, and report on the data produced.Main duties of the job The post holder will work closely with the Head of Resourcing to ensure that the project is delivered in line with the business case. The post holder will be responsive and innovative in meeting performance and quality targets/standards. The Post holder will be expected to exercise initiative, prioritise conflicting work demands and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with the multi-disciplinary team, internal departments and external partners to ensure continuity in achieving excellent service delivery within the HR Function.
