Full Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Projects Assistant to join our HR Projects team in our Manchester office on a 12-month fixed term contract. This team provides a service on a global basis, so this is a great opportunity to work with offices in our wider national and international network.

You will be joining our supportive and friendly HR team, supporting on administrative tasks and on the implementation of new and ongoing HR projects., Our UK HR team consists of our core generalist HR team (responsible for our UK fee earners, support staff and secretarial staff populations), Projects, Learning & Development, Recruitment, Payroll and Rewards & Benefits. The HR Projects Assistant will be aligned to the Head of Global HR Projects but will also work closely with the wider HR team.

Our Opportunity

You will offer administrative support on the implementation of HR projects in accordance with business priorities, new regulations and emerging trends. Working closely with internal Design and Digital Marketing teams , you will create and maintain materials for HR projects using Page Tiger software. You'll also have the opportunity to assist the internal Social Media team with content to reinforce our employer brand, and work with internal teams to ensure this is clearly communicated across our platforms.

A key aspect of the role will be to provide support to the firm's global wellbeing programme, creating new content and refreshing existing resources for global wellbeing awareness days and initiatives and assisting with local office communications. You will also support on the maintenance and enhancement of the various online platforms utilised to support policies and any associated resources., We are an inclusive employer and aim to ensure our workforce is representative of our diverse society. You will have a keen interest in design and digital marketing, with at least 12 months administration experience working within a large multi-site organisation. Creativity and attention to detail are important skills for exceling in this role and you will need to be proficient in using the main software packages and be eager to learn (training will be provided in the software used for this role)

You will be a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as having the confidence to communicate with colleagues and external contacts in writing, virtually or in-person.

You will thrive working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines to provide a high quality service. You must be proactive and able to work on your own initiative, whilst knowing when to seek guidance and supervision.
