Full Job Description

Were partnering with a Microsoft Gold Partner that specializes in cybersecurity solutions. As they continue to expand, theyre looking for an experienced HR Recruitment Administrator to support their recruitment efforts and streamline HR operations. In this role, youll be essential to ensuring smooth recruitment processes and providing administrative support to the HR Business Partner.,

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding.
  • Coordinate interviews and onboarding stages, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Track applications and manage communication through HR software.
  • Support the HR Business Partner and managers with general HR administration.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with the employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance reviews, offboarding).
  • Take accurate minutes during formal and informal HR meetings as required.
  • Utilize advanced IT skills to improve HR workflows and reporting.
  • Generate reports using HR software and Excel, and use MS Office tools effectively.
  • Be adaptable and assist with additional administrative tasks outside of recruitment as needed.
  • Partner with the HR Business Partner on strategic HR initiatives.
  • Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and talent pools.
  • Assist in drafting and updating contracts, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with UK employment laws.

    Experience in HR administration, particularly in recruitment
  • Strong IT proficiency, including MS Office and HR software
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HR practices and UK employment law
  • Desirable:
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification
  • Experience with Sage HR software
  • Background in IT, cybersecurity, or a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment
