Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a new HR and Recruitment Officer in our small and supportive Human Resources team. This role involves the production of accurate and timely Human Resources and recruitment administration for our 16 Academies. You will be the first point of contact for all HR administration and recruitment queries providing professional advice in accordance with statutory regulations including Keeping Children Safe in Education.

To be successful in this role you will need to be organised with good attention to detail and confident learning new IT systems. Ideallyhold a CIPD level 3 qualification or have significant experience working in either a face paced HR or Administration role and be willing to work towards a CIPD qualification. A basic understanding of employment law and safer recruitment practices would be advantageous.
