Full Job Description
- HR Shared Service delivery through the creation and distribution of all paperwork throughout the employee lifecycle
- Liaise with Line Managers on hire progress.
- Maintaining and updating all HRIS and employee e-files.
- Requesting equipment for new starters liaising with key departments to coordinate inductions.
- Coordinate probation reviews
- Tracking employee processes and passing to payroll for processing (i.e. refer a friend, maternity, etc).
- Update monthly payroll file for sign off by HR Shared Services Manager
- Supporting and where necessary carry out exit interviews and provide analytics.
- Maintain and update organisational charts.
- Create and distribute ad-hoc surveys and collate end data.
- Data gathering and report completion for weekly/monthly/annual reporting.

- HR administrative experience (Shared Service environment advantageous)
- Experience of handling sensitive and confidential information within HR legislative requirements (preferable)
- FMCG experience (Preferable)
- Microsoft Office proficiency including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build strong relationships, work collaboratively and a strong eye for detail.
- Organisation skills working to tight timescales whilst maintaining quality and accuracy
- A commitment to upholding data privacy and HR compliance standards.
