Delaware North UK is hiring a full-time HR Shared Services Administrator as a hybrid worker at Head Office in Uxbridge, London. As HR Shared Services Administrator, you will be collaborating with the Human Resources Shared Services team to communicate and resolve queries across a range of locations and functions. You will be vital to the success of the business, contributing to improved productivity from sustainable operation solutions. Support with HR queries and processes, including new starters, lifecycle, and leavers, producing correspondence, handling queries, and monitoring reports Provide excellent experience to all team members and candidates, ensuring their needs are met, and appropriate solutions are sought Support projects and daily administration, including the email helpline and signposting queries to the appropriate team members Prepare data on Excel or Google Sheets for the monthly and weekly payroll reports, adhering to payroll deadlines Manage personnel files, ensuring compliance with Data Protection, GDPR Regulations, cyber security, and understanding service boundaries, following Delaware North's best practice procedures

    1+ years' relevant experience, preferably in Human Resources administration and a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to work independently, and under pressure to strict deadlines Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, attention to detail, and organisational skills, with ability to self-manage workload without compromising quality
