About the role: Participate in design and ensure implementation of HR Administration/Shared Services Strategy; Design and deliver best in class HR services, products and systems in line with current/ future business needs and budgets. Lead a team of HR specialists ensuring development and delivery exceptional service to the UK DHL Ecommerce Business.
- Lead our HR services team, ensuring our services and processes are delivered accurately, consistently and with high quality, within SLAs, centred on our Customer First strategy
- Participate in design of HR Administration/Shared Services strategy, scope of delivery, service quality goals and budgets
- Define execution plans, metrics and budgets for own area in line with overall HR Administration/Shared Services strategy
- Track service delivery standards and metrics to review implementation and adherence to budgets; Provide inputs for corrective actions
- Developing and delivering the HR Services operating plan, contributing to the delivery of continuous improvement initiatives which will support the broader People Strategy.
- People management of a team which aims to resolve queries with first time resolution.
- Use HR technology to automate services and provide transparency to all stakeholders
- Accountability for the HR Services balanced scorecard, ensuring this accurately reflects the team delivery and service.
- Building a plan that ensures all leaders in our business are proficient in day-to-day HR and HRIS processes.
- Using MI, reports and feedback to identify opportunities where we can make positive interventions to remove bottlenecks, improve end user capability to self-serve, and improve customer feedback.
- Acting as a role model for high quality service, consistently setting exceptional standards
- Creating a can-do culture, where delivering to the customer is at the heart of what we do.
- Ensuring there is a programme of activity to upskill the HR Coordinators/Advisor to provide strong HR administration & timely, accurate and correct HR policy advice.
- Anticipate, prepare and plan for HR audits and implementing actions as required.
- Work collaboratively with the Data Management and Systems and HR Business Partner teams along with the wider COE's to ensure seamless processing of the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have:
