HR Specialist

BYD UK is seeking an HR Specialist to support our rapidly expanding passenger vehicle business team.

Recruitment & On-boarding

• Assist in hiring process and new employee on-boarding


• Support employee off-boarding procedures


Training & Development


• Help organize training sessions


HR Administration


• Support HR budget and report preparation


• Maintain employee records, Assist with internal job transfer and promotions


Team Atmosphere Building


• Lead initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment


• Organize team building activities


• Support the creation of a strong company culture


Performance Management


• Assist in developing and implementing performance evaluation systems


General HR Support


• Provide administrative assistance to HR team


• Contribute to HR process improvements
  
  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field


• At least 1 year of experience in similar HR role


• Knowledge of UK employment laws


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Proven ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism


• CIPD qualification preferred

As BYD's first overseas subsidiary, BYD Europe B.V., now located in Schiedam, the Netherlands, was founded in 1998.
BYD Europe mainly focuses on New Energy products, including Electric Vehicles (principally buses), Rechargeable batteries, Solar Panel, Energy Storage and Rail Transit.
