Full Job Description

1. Support the HR Business Partner team in delivery of day to day tasks across the whole employee journey
2. Maintain & use HR systems to keep records
3. Help the business make HR changes
4. Work in a range of areas including recruitment, onboarding, HR planning, HR reporting & analysis, employee relations
5. Support key projects within HR

  • Minimum of 3 'A' Levels in relevant discipline


  • A keen interest in HR


  • Excellent problem solving abilities.


  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.


  • Self-motivated, hard-working individual with excellent planning and organisational skills.


  • Ability to effectively work as part of a team and on your own will be key to your success.


  • Excellent IT skills (Microsoft office)


  • Desire to learn and develop within HR


  • A strong understanding of confidentiality and ability to remain compliant

  • What will I be doing?

    The apprenticeship will follow a structured process of Human Resource Support Apprenticeship Standard (Level 3) with a Distance Learning Training Provider combined with practical support within the HR Business Partner and Employee Relations team., Safran was ranked globally as the world's third best employer in its sector by Forbes magazine in 2021.
