Are you an education expert? We are currently seeking to represent an experienced HR Support Officer (HR administrator) for a South Staffordshire (DY7) based Multi Academy Trust (MAT) for an immediate or January 2025 start. We are supporting a Staffordshire, West Midlands MAT central team with their requirement for two trust HR Support Officers on a long term, interim basis. If you are an experienced school HR professional, who is either available immediately or thinking of reaching out to discuss new job opportunities in the West Midlands we would be keen to speak with you. This HR administrator job is currently offered on a full-time, interim basis with immediate effect. You will have the opportunity to apply on a more permanent basis later in the academic year. The multi academy trust are seeking two people for similar roles and the schools are based across the West Midlands area: Halesowen, Pedmore, Kingswinford, Kinver, Gornal and Wolverhampton. Duties will include general administrative tasks including but not limited to: Managing the employee lifecycle

Administrative templates
Conducting HR related meetings with SLT
On boarding, retention and off boarding
Compliance
Main point of contact for HR related queries We are fully committed to safeguarding all children within our schools. In order to be successfully shortlisted in any of your applications with us we will require the following: A relevant UK based HR qualification, ideally CIPD level 5.
Experience working within an education setting.
All required documents for safer recruitment processing including, but not limited to a valid right to work proof and documents to process an Enhanced DBS.
Exceptional references. Once shortlisted, a one-to-one interview will be scheduled with your dedicated consultant to discuss your experience and personal requirements. Proposed start date: Immediate or January 2025
