Position: HR Systems Analyst Contract Type: Permanent Location: Ryton on Dunsmore, Coventry - flexible working available Hours: 37.5 hour per week Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum, plus competitive benefits package Why choose DHL eCommerce UK? About the role:
- Provide high quality, consistent advice, support and resolution to managers, employees, and outside parties with regards to HR systems, to maximise customer efficiency, effectiveness and confidence.
- Monitor and maintain system health check, commissioning the rectification any data issues
- Monitor and report on the quality of HRIS organisational and people data and the performance of HRSS in relation to data entry and assist with the introduction of solutions and improvements.
- Research, analyse and deliver system solutions to all stakeholders, support the business in utilising HR systems to meet stakeholder needs.
- Support the delivery of organisational data audit programmes to ensure all standards are covered
- Contribute to the development and delivery of the HRIT Landscape strategy to maximise cost effectiveness, align with business needs, comply with legal requirements, and reflect current HR best practice benchmarks
- Manage the timely and accurate mass uploads of data on the HR & Payroll systems
- Manage system upgrades in local systems, including comprehensive testing and communication to stakeholders about potential process changes because of the upgrade The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS management or HR systems administration.
- Advanced level of computer literacy in Microsoft Word & Excel (inc. Visual Basic functionality is desirable)
- Expert knowledge of data structures, interfaces and HTML workflows (Oracle and iTrent experience desirable)
