Full Job Description
Our HR Systems team operates at the core of Recruitment and the wider Talent team, supporting the business systems, processes, and maximising efficiency across the teams. The HR Systems Analyst will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage an ambitious change process which aligns with the HR strategy. The team will be at the forefront of discovering new emerging technologies, such as AI, to drive continuous improvement and enhance the user experience across our platforms.
- Previous experience working in a Systems Analyst or an Analyst role
- High level of proficiency in advanced MS Office, including Word (BI Publisher) and Excel (Power Pivot)
- Proven experience of managing projects and multiple workstreams
- Continuous improvement mindset with a desire to modernise and upscale processes
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to communicate effectively at all levels It would be great if you also have
- Experience of analysing either CRM, ERP, ATS, or HRIS systems (SAP, Salesforce, Workday)
