Full Job Description

As part of the People Services team, the HR Systems and Data Analyst will act as the first point of contact for all People System and Data related enquiries. They will provide efficient and comprehensive System administration support and produce people matrix reports as and when required by the People and Data System Manager. This role will ensure thorough administration of the HR Systems and Data and ensure all regulatory requirements are adhered to.,

  • Provide detailed support for all System enquiries, ensuring queries are resolved, sign posted or escalated accordingly.

  • Provide administrative support for all Systems related queries and processes. To include, but not limited to.

  • Creating Workflows

  • Data Importing

  • Screen Design

  • Ad hoc Reports using Insights Reporting Tools

  • Document Management

  • Management of System change controls via change request forms from stakeholders across the business

  • Impact analysis, updating of documentation, implementation and communication of System changes

  • Effective diary management, attendance and participation to Team meetings as required

  • Completion of all mandatory training to be successful in role

  • Postholder expected to assist the wider People Administration Team, particularly during busy periods or to cover periods of leave

  • Tasks to include: Completing leaver tasks, Completing manager and employee requests, Assist with general enquiries

  • Support in the maintenance of data accuracy across all Systems

  • System testing in UAT and live environments

  • Ensure all System user materials are maintained, regularly updated and communicated across the business

  • Monitoring ticket themes, to identify reoccurring issues and implement new processes and solutions

  • To assist in project works, e.g., System implementation projects, to include project meetings and completion of project tasks.

  • Deliver System training to operational colleagues


  • Standard responsibilities:

    There are a number of standard duties and responsibilities that all employees, irrespective of their role and level of seniority within OFG Group are expected to be familiar with and adhere to;
  • Participates in an annual performance review programme

  • Works, at all times, in accordance with the policies and procedures of the OFG Group and statutory regulations applicable to the Group

  • Observes, at all times, strict rules of confidentiality appropriate to the post

  • To comply at all times with the requirements of Health and Safety Regulations to ensure their own wellbeing and that of their colleagues

  • Undertakes other duties as assigned

    Proficient Systems analyst or similar role

  • Experienced in working with HR Systems and Data

  • Organisational skills and abilities in managing a of tasks with strict deadlines

  • Communication skills, oral and written

  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft packages, e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

  • Attentive and accurate to detail

  • Effective Team player, capable to cover and support other Team members

  • Works collaboratively


  • Desirable experience:
  • Experienced in working with Access Products, such as, XD, Learning, Screening

  • Exposure to System products, e.g., Insights
