Are you a systems expert with a passion for HR technology and a track record of successful HRIS implementations? Do you thrive on creating systems that improve efficiency, data integrity, and user experience? If so, we are looking for you to join our dynamic HR team as a Systems and Data Officer where you'll play a key role in ensuring the efficient implementation of a new HR Information System (HRIS) that will transform how we manage our people processes. This will be a unique opportunity to shape the future of our HR operations by establishing efficient workflows, ensuring data migration accuracy, improving data management, developing a suite of valuable HR metrics tailored to the needs of the Trust, creating user guides and training our team on the new system. This role is a fixed term contract for up to 12 months. Our days are fast paced, often challenging, but always rewarding. Collectively as a team we provide a first class, professional and efficient service to all the schools in the Trust whilst supporting and underpinning the Trust values of transforming children's futures, empowering families and strengthening communities. As the HR Systems and Data Officer, you will also have the opportunity to develop your employee relations knowledge, supporting the team with ER cases, if you desire. + Have professional credibility and gravitas + Have a great knowledge of HR systems, metrics and insights + Ideally have an understanding of the education industry and HR information systems within education + Ideally have worked in a team who successfully delivered a HR information system. + Have excellent relationship building skills + An analytics and process driven mind set. + Be self-motivated, driven, able to work on own initiative to prioritise workloads effectively + Have very strong attention to detail and have a high level of accuracy + Be committed to success and delivery against agreed objectives and targets + Be willing to challenge the status quo and constantly question whether there is a better way.
