Full Job Description

REPORTING TO HR Director/Head of HR, The HR & Talent Coordinator provides valuable support to the wider HR and Talent team, ensuring recruitment, onboarding and offboarding across all business entities is as efficient and effective as possible. The role is responsible for accurate record keeping, maintaining documentation, HRIS data and supporting the team with ad hoc tasks and projects.

  • HR /Talent administration experience
  • Experience managing own workload and projects
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills with impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Team orientated
  • Proactive and driven to spot inefficiencies and suggest improvement
  • Understanding of need for confidentiality and can demonstrate experience of working within such an environment.
