We have an exciting opportunity to join our HR Business Partnering Team, partnering with our Commercial functions. Delivering 13 Quarters of consecutive growth, landing new and exciting brands & working with our suppliers, our Commercial functions are at the heart of the business & driving great business results. Our focus is firmly on staying on top, so we have no signs of stopping and our business continues to be on an exciting journey of change and transformation. To be successful in partnering this Team you need to feel motivated and at home in a fast paced environment, with a desire to always elevate the function one step higher. You will report into the Director of HR for Support Office and sit at the heart of the people agenda for the respective function, where you will gain an understanding of the function you partner, collaborating with the leadership teams to deliver the commercial strategy with a robust people plan and talent agenda, allowing you to support development of the culture and leadership accountability. This role would suit a current Business Partner ideally from but not limited to, a commercial background with strong stakeholder management who is looking to extend their experience looking & taking on their next big challenge.,

  • In conjunction with the Director of HR, steer, shape and deliver the people plan for the function that enables it to achieve its in-year objectives. Influence & help shape the longer term people strategy for the area.
  • Combine a knowledge of the function with external insights and understanding of best practice and internal people metrics to identify, develop and deploy people interventions and solutions.
  • Build strong and collaborative relationships with HR team members in other partnering teams, and the HR Centres of Excellence to ensure a joined up approach across the function, and bringing insight about wider organisational activities to each business area.
  • Deliver a range of HR solutions that are tailored and appropriate for the specific function
  • Coach, support and influence senior leaders on all people 'lifecycle' issues and the overall people agenda, as well as providing effective advice and interventions to hold the leadership team to account for effective leadership of their people.

    Ability to form and manage senior stakeholder relationships with a focus on influencing, building authenticity and trusted relationships across a wide and varied stakeholder network.
  • Ability to support the business to drive change in complex and often ambiguous environments.
  • Experience of several of the HR 'lifecycle' areas of expertise, either through generalist roles of several specialist roles
  • Strong knowledge of trends, ideas and innovation in HR and how to apply them appropriately to business context
  • HR Business partner experience
  • Experience of Leading and driving delivery of projects effectively
  • Experience of facilitation and coaching of management at all levels
  • It would be great if you also have
  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience contributing to the change and transformation agenda with a working knowledge of organisational design and delivery
