Are you an experienced and confident HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) Manager looking for a new opportunity? Join Elysium Healthcare's growing People Team as the HRIS Manager. As the HRIS Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, development and management of Elysium's Human Resource Information Systems. You will work closely with HR stakeholders to process map and optimise HR processes, ensuring alignment with Elysium's People Strategy and company goals. This is your opportunity to bring your extensive experience across multiple HRIS platforms, your strong understanding of HR processes and your passion for driving process improvement and system efficiencies to drive best practice. You will lead the design, implementation and maintenance of HRIS platforms, ensuring systems meet the company's needs. This role will be hybrid with at least 1 day a week in our Luton Office. This role will require nationwide travel, on a project driven basis, therefore the applicant most hold a valid UK driving licence. As a HRIS Manager, you will be:

  • Driving system optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Ensuring the HRIS aligns with business priorities and supports strategic decision-making.
  • Staying updated on HRIS trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Collaborating with HR stakeholders to map, analyse, and document end-to-end HR processes.
  • Leading the implementation of new modules or systems, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Developing and delivering HR metrics, dashboards, and insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Payroll, Finance) to ensure seamless integrations and alignment.
  • Ensuring effective training programs are developed for HRIS users, enhancing system adoption.

    Proven experience in process mapping and HR process optimisation.
  • Experience training and upskilling HR colleagues on HRIS functionality.
  • Experience with PowerBi reporting.
  • Strong understanding of core HR processes (e.g., recruitment, payroll, benefits, performance management).
  • Knowledge of SQL, data governance, system architecture and HR legislation and compliance regulations.
  • HRIS platform management expertise, including Workday and other systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
  • Expertise in managing system implementations and data migrations.
  • Proficient in managing employee data, including understanding GDPR.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience of project management.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy of data, system configurations and reporting.
  • Data analytical skills, within proficiency in Excel.
  • Certifications in Workday or other HRIS platforms.
