HSDU Orderly / General Assistant

The post holder will work under direction to coordinate all Hotel Services within the department and work as part of the HSDU team ensuring a clean, safe and comfortable environment is maintained.
To work closely with the Management and Quality team in
ensuring service standards are met., + To participate in domestic duties in partnership with the department
housekeeper
+ Assist in monitoring and assist in maintaining cleaning standards in the department and report on the level of cleanliness in the area.
+ Participate both in domestic and departmental monitoring where required.
+ Spot cleaning i.e. ensure spillages are dealt with swiftly and efficiently.
+ By working with, and following guidance from the HSDU and Housekeeping team, ensure equipment in all areas is in a clean condition and available for immediate use.
+ Upkeep of department appearance i.e. removing clutter, removing broken equipment from areas, attending to storage requirements all under guidance from HSDU Supervisors / Managers.
+ Maintain accurate records of all duties carried out as required., + The healthcare provider of first choice for the people of East Sussex.
