Full Job Description

Due to a re-configuration within our Wirral Administration Service we have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Hub Manager to support our Neurodevelopmental Administration Hub within our service. This role will be based at The Stein Centre, Birkenhead.

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team. You should possess commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of work.

The Wirral Administration Service consists of 4 administration hubs. We are a supportive, competent, and caring team. We aim to provide high quality administrative support services to our colleagues across the Wirral locality to improve the safety, health, and well-being of the people within our area.

We will ensure that the successful applicant has access to internal opportunities for development with access to supervision and appraisal.

Working hours for this role are

Hybrid working will be available once the successful applicant has completed a 6 month in house training period.

Main duties of the job

The successful applicant will be expected to provide management and leadership to our administration staff that work within our hubs. The individual will be expected to take a lead in the development and day to day management along with the management/ co-ordination of annual leave, mandatory essential learning, supervision, appraisals, and absence management.

The individual will work closely with the Team Manager, Administration Lead, and other Hub Managers. This is a varied role that can be demanding at times although support will be available at all times and training will be provided as and when necessary.

CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care - including the provision of three GP surgeries.
