Full Job Description

Practice Plus Group are seeking an Hub Manager for our Devon OOH (Out of Hours) and CAS (Clinical Assessment Service) services. This will be a full time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday As the Hub Manager, you will be a key member of the Devon OOH and CAS team with direct line management for Coordinators, Coordinator Assistants and shift leads, across the whole Devon region. You will ensure the highest quality of Service Delivery for Practice Plus Group patients whilst maximising resource utilisation and ensuring the call centre and rota functions meet all relevant CQC standards. Additionally you will actively monitor and report on service performance and work with the Operations Managers to review any poor performance against KPI'S. You will take ownership of and review the Assessment Pool performance that is managed by the Coordinator of shift, Other duties will include having control of providing ongoing training and personal development when required whilst conducting Coordinator Audits to the Practice Plus Group Standards. You will also partake in the on call rota for the region.
