HubSpot Technical Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HubSpot Technical Consultant to join our delivery team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the HubSpot platform, with expertise in custom code implementation, development projects, and system integrations. This hands-on role requires a strong technical background and the ability to translate business requirements into effective HubSpot solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients, developers, and other team members to deliver exceptional results. The HubSpot Technical Consultant plays a pivotal role in implementing and optimising HubSpot solutions for our clients. You'll leverage your technical expertise to provide strategic guidance throughout the implementation process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet client needs.

• Client Collaboration: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients throughout the HubSpot implementation process, fostering strong relationships and understanding their business goals and technical requirements.
• Technical Leadership: Leverage your HubSpot expertise to design and implement technical solutions that align with client objectives.
• Project Oversight: Manage HubSpot implementation projects from conception to completion, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with clients and the team to design and document technical solutions, including system integrations, custom code implementations, and workflows.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality technical standards throughout the project lifecycle and ensure they are implemented accordingly.
• Reporting & Communication: Provide clients with regular progress reports, keep them informed, and gather feedback throughout the implementation process.

• Project Delivery & Client Satisfaction: Ensure HubSpot projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client needs and expectations.
• Technical Implementation: Implement HubSpot solutions, including custom code, integrations, and workflows, that are efficient, scalable, and maintainable.
• Technical Documentation: Create clear and comprehensive technical documentation, including diagrams and specifications, to support project delivery and knowledge transfer.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Collaboration & Communication: Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, project managers, client stakeholders) to deliver a cohesive solution.
• Staying Current: Maintain a strong understanding of HubSpot's evolving features, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve technical solutions.
  
  Agency experience
• Experience in Financial Services or willingness to expand their knowledge in this sector
• Proven experience (5+ years) in HubSpot implementation and development, with a focus on custom code, UI Extensions, integrations, and automation.
• In-depth knowledge of HubSpot's technical capabilities and limitations.
• Strong understanding of API integrations, data migration, and system architecture.
• Proficiency in Javascript, ReactJS, NodeJS programming languages and development tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with developers, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Analytical mind with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst meeting deadlines.
