It will see you working in the simulation department at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. This post will give the successful applicant the prospect to develop their portfolio in simulation and human factors education. The successful applicant will be: Highly motivated, with excellent organisational and communication skills Have experience in, designing, delivering and

evaluating education packages, An ability to use your own initiative, work well under pressure, work independently, prioritise workload to meet deadlines whilst maintaining a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Experienced in delivery of multi professional Simulation and Human Factors packages in a variety of clinical and non-clinical areas. Working Pattern: 22.5 hours per week over three days.
