Full Job Description

We are seeking HR and OD professionals who are committed to delivering the best service to our directorates, building on the foundations of the improvement works across the council, our transformation plan focuses on us being the most efficient and cost effective council in London. Are you up for the challenge of transforming how HR and OD delivers and being a critical part of the change journey.

Are you looking for your first step in to a career in HR?

You will work across the Business Partnering team to providing support with routine queries, front of house support and undertaking administrative duties within the service area.

You will work to support colleagues in delivering operational activities and enhancing and improving the self-service options for the user.

You should have a good understanding of HR practices and of the public sector, we are looking for candidates who have good administrative skills to join the team, who enjoy problem solving and providing excellent customer service and we will provide training and development to support your career journey.

Our team has recently undergone a redesign, to ensure that we have a service that is fit to deliver the transformation across the Council and we are seeking colleagues in the above roles to join experienced colleagues.
