Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible working opportunity that allows you to make a real impact? Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust (CHFT) is seeking a part-time HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team within the Surgery & Anaesthetics Division on a job-share basis, working 2 days per week alongside the current HRBP. As the HRBP for the Surgery & Anaesthetics Division, you will provide senior-level Workforce and Organisational Development support, working closely with divisional leaders to align HR strategies with key service delivery objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a part-time capacity while still contributing significantly to the Trust's goals. You will partner with the Senior Management Team and lead a dedicated HR team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services that support workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, and staff engagement. You will share responsibilities with the current HRBP, ensuring a seamless and consistent HR service across the Division
