Full Job Description

  • HR Operations: Oversee HR compliance, onboarding, induction, and policy adherence across UK & EU venues
  • People Development: Design and deliver training, succession planning, and appraisal systems in line with business goals
  • Leadership Support: Partner with unit managers on recruitment, retention, employee engagement, and performance initiatives
  • Strategic Planning: Drive cultural and performance-focused initiatives, manage HR and payroll systems, and ensure statutory compliance through regular audits

    CIPD Qualified: Experienced HR leader, well-versed in employment law, including TUPE, with expertise in managing grievances, disciplinaries, and employee relations
  • Hospitality Background: Preferably with extensive HR experience in hotels, with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Problem-Solver: Organized, quick to adapt under pressure, and effective in building engagement and retention strategies
