Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs). The ideal candidates will possess substantial NHS HR experience, particularly in managing employment relations issues that are complex and sensitive. You should also have experience in implementing cost improvement plans and providing guidance, coaching, and support to local leaders and managers in enhancing their people management and leadership abilities., The HR & OD Business Partner role is a senior, prominent, and impactful position that is essential to the divisional senior management team. Its main purpose is to provide strategic direction in organisation development (OD) and workforce management, ensuring the delivery of compassionate, high-quality, and affordable patient care in a setting where staff can express concerns and foster improvements.

This vacancy is part of the Single Corporate Services Division.

The creation of a single corporate service is essential for us to support our clinical and operational services, and our wider transformation programme.

The single corporate service is delivered across both organisation. You may be based at either IWT or PHU and individuals may be required to undertake business travel between sites. For leaders managing staff across multi-site locations, you will need to be visible and provide in person leadership. The arrangements and frequency will be agreed locally.
