Full Job Description
Following a reorganisation of our People Team we are introducing 2 x HRBP's into our structure. This is fantastic opportunity for a seasoned HRBP to influence and craft their role. We want our HRBP's to provide the "missing link" between our central function and the wider business. This role will span People Strategy, Organisational Change, Employee Relations, Resourcing, Workforce Planning and Performance Management. These posts are fixed term for 2 years. Key deliverables include:
- Working with the business to ensure an effective and value add People focused service
- Liaising with the HR (ER) Advisory team to manage and resolve ER related matters
- Drafting business cases form change, and supporting the wider business in the delivery of those changes
- Being a critical friend in the field to managers and senior leaders
An experienced HR professional with strong stakeholder management skills - Qualified at CIPD Level 5 (preferably Level 7)
- A good understanding of employment law
