Ready to make magic? We're hiring for our undergraduate placement schemes.

We have a range of internship opportunities available within the HR team here at Disney. These roles will be split by the following areas:

HR Operations - You will be involved in various stages of the employee lifecycle while being a primary contact point for HR queries. You will support daily HR functions, including maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and managing HR databases. You will also handle inquiries in the shared mailbox, assign tasks to HR Associates, and analyse HR metrics to prepare reports for decision-making. This position offers valuable opportunities to learn about HR practices and enhance skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving, while giving you insight into various HR functions.

Organisational Management and HRIS - In this remit you will support both the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) and Latin America (LATAM) regions by managing headcount processes, ensuring data integrity, and engaging with HR partners, as well as providing operational and project support for HR systems like SAP and Workday. You will gain hands-on experience in strategic consultation, system troubleshooting, testing system changes, and ensuring HR systems meet business and legal requirements.

Talent Acquisition - You will be supporting recruitment activity across EMEA. You will rotate around different areas of recruitment, including permanent, early careers, contingent and executive hiring. You will also be involved with project work focused on diversity & inclusion, candidate experience and process improvement initiatives.

Organisation and Talent Solutions (O&TS) - This team is dedicated to enhancing careers and fostering a culture of learning and growth across EMEA. You will contribute significantly by offering operational support and coordinating projects across Employee Experience, Talent and Performance, Learning and Leadership Development and Organisational Development.

This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.

  • Must be a second year undergraduate student on an industrial placement year course returning to study in Autumn 2026

  • Must have the right to work in the UK already in place

  • Available to start working full time from June 2025

  • Interested in the area you are applying for; whether this is through your studies, experiences, extracurricular activities or a general interest, A strong curiosity for human resources

  • Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure

  • Ability to connect with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and undertake various administrative duties

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
