Full Job Description

Duration: 12m Secondment or Fixed Term Contract. (Please note, secondments are subject to line manager approval, please discuss this with them before applying)., Join our team as an HR Implementation Manager for 12 months, where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring interim resources are effectively allocated across the organisation.

We need someone with strong analytical skills, a team player mindset, a proactive attitude and ability to deliver projects on time and quality. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

We’re looking for someone who has extensive experience in HR and / or contracts & procurement, strong stakeholder management and good project management experience to be successful in this role. System thinking experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

We are looking for someone with the below set of skills -

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data for continuous improvement and efficiency.

Commercial Skills: Strong business management skills with excellent data analysis and reporting capabilities, including experience of measuring and demonstrating return on investment.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.

Relationship Building: Skilled at building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.

Project Management: Proven ability to deliver results both in-person and virtual teams, focusing on time, cost, and quality and value for money.

Personal Attributes: Demonstrates initiative, the ability to work independently and turn ideas into practical solutions, executing tasks efficiently. Attention to detail, professional approach, can do attitude and proven track record of delivering on time high quality solutions to meeting customer expectations.

What does the average day look like?

In this role, you’ll use your HR expertise and project management skills to lead impactful projects, drive continuous improvements, and implement business changes that enhance the national team’s service portfolio.

You’ll work with sponsors and stakeholders to define project goals and align them with HR strategies and budgets. Key responsibilities include delivering business change plans, tracking outcomes, leading cross-functional teams, and managing procurement and project governance.

You’ll also focus on budget management, ensuring value for money, and providing regular progress reports while addressing any challenges to meet expectations.

Essential Criteria

· Expert knowledge in one (or more) of the following HR disciplines: Talent Management, Recruitment and Resourcing, Redeployment, HR Systems and Technology implementations (e.g. ATS), Graduate and Apprentices programme delivery

· Knowledge of relevant HR legislation related to one of the above specialist disciplines

· Experience of managing cross functional teams in a client-focused environment with evidence of enabling their team to meet challenging deadlines in any of the above disciplines

· Advanced influencing, negotiation and relationship building/partnering skills (with both internal customers and external suppliers)

· Proven commercial and business management skills with good data analysis and reporting skills

· Ability to analyse data to drive continues improvement and efficiency across the organisation

Location: This role is based in QMK and potential travelling when required with 3 days in the office. This role is a full-time opportunity, flexible working patterns will be considered. For Quadrant:MK, you must live within 75 (Band 5+)/90 minutes (Band 1-4) of The Quadrant.

Band & Salary: 3B £46,701 - £52,538 (Subject to experience)
