Human Resources Industrial Placement

As an undergraduate on a 12 month placement you will be responsible for undertaking HR related tasks with learning tailored towards developing the individual to becoming capable of progression by undertaking all aspects of HR related activity to cost, quality and schedule. HR related activity will include resourcing and recruitment, performance management, reward and recognition, employee relations, learning and development and organisation development.

You'll need to be on track to receive a minimum 2:2 Bachelor's degree in any subject.
