Human Resources Learning & Development Placement (12.5 months)

You'll be working with a passionate and highly motivated team who have a wealth of knowledge covering production processes, lean tools/systems, manufacturing engineering and planning/logistics.

Additionally, we work closely with teams based in France, Germany, Spain and the US; you'll get the opportunity to work collaboratively with these colleagues too.

What you will be doing:

Teamwork and effective communication are key skills and we'll help you develop these. You'll be working on exciting projects as we prepare the future; exploring innovative training methods and the skills we'll need to build the aircraft of tomorrow!

Some of your main responsibilities will be:

• Support the review and development of learning solution;


• Taking advantage of new ways of teaching (for example: digital means);


• Taking part in meetings with colleagues, managers and internal customers;


• Supporting the delivery of practical training in our workshops.

• Studying towards a degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent;


• Google Suite knowledge;


• Enthusiasm and a strong interest in developing yourself, which contribute to the success of the Academy team and the Airbus family;


• STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) subject qualifications are preferable together with the desire to work in a technical team environment., This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
