Human Resources Learning & Development Placement (12.5 months)

You'll be working with a passionate and highly motivated team who have a wealth of knowledge covering production processes, lean tools/systems, manufacturing engineering and planning/logistics. Additionally, we work closely with teams based in France, Germany, Spain and the US; you'll get the opportunity to work collaboratively with these colleagues too. We're an open, trusting team where both fun and accountability matter. What you will be doing: Teamwork and effective communication are key skills and we'll help you develop these. You'll be working on exciting projects as we prepare the future; exploring innovative training methods and the skills we'll need to build the aircraft of tomorrow! Some of your main responsibilities will be:

• Support the review and development of learning solution;
• Taking advantage of new ways of teaching (for example: digital means);
• Taking part in meetings with colleagues, managers and internal customers;
• Supporting the delivery of practical training in our workshops.

Our placements are open to Undergraduates only. Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement. Please inform your graduation date on your application.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:
• Studying towards a degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent;
• Google Suite knowledge;
• Enthusiasm and a strong interest in developing yourself, which contribute to the success of the Academy team and the Airbus family;
• STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) subject qualifications are preferable together with the desire to work in a technical team environment., This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
