  • Work on our job adverts so they look and sound right before we advertise and support us in advertising our roles across a range of job boards.
  • Make sure our social media really showcases what brilliant job opportunities we have.
  • Supporting our managers with their Learning and Development admin tasks and dealing with our L&D data.
  • Youll be helping us deliver a fantastic HRD service to both stakeholders, and also to candidates where they cannot wait to join Home Group and recommend us to others!
  • Being supported through your CIPD Level 3 in Human Resources, youll spend time on your course and then get the opportunity to put the theory into practice in your apprenticeship.

  • 2 G.C.S.E grades 9-4 (A- C); including English and Maths (or equivalent).
  • Brilliant verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in your IT skills, particularly Outlook and Work.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative, as well as prioritise workloads and thrive under pressure.
  • Ability to deal with sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • A fantastic attitude are keen to learn and able to build brilliant team relationships.

    Youll be employed for a 15-month period to get stacks of experience and launch your career. Youll start at a CIPD Level 3 in Human Resources with possible progression onto a level 5!
