Full Job Description
- Reporting into the Account Executive / Account Manager
- Clipping all coverage for lifestyle and beauty clients
- Monitoring social coverage across Instagram and TikTok
- Packaging all mailers and send outs across clients
- Managing all post office send outs and booking couriers for deliveries
- Accepting all deliveries into the office
- Answering the office phone
- Booking meeting rooms
- Managing all stationery and packaging order stock levels and replenishing these when appropriate
- Ensuring the office is kept tidy, unpacking all samples and organising these
- Keeping media databases up to date daily
- Overseeing all office expenses and logging these
- Assisting with the set-up and execution of press and influencer events - both virtually and in-person
- Assisting with end of month PR reports
- Assisting and contributing, when necessary, with ideas for new business presentations
Hunter Grace is recruiting an intern to work across a selection of beauty and lifestyle accounts. The ideal candidate will be a team player who will support both the lifestyle and beauty teams while gaining experience in a busy PR office. The ideal candidate will thrive working in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude. Central London based office., Experience working as an intern previously, ideally in PR - Agency experience desired but not essential
- Strong interest in the beauty and wellness industry and knowledgeable about trends and new brands
- Constantly up-to-date with emerging influencers and media landscape
- Passionate about the skincare, health and beauty industries
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to execute tasks efficiently while working to deadlines
- Organised with a can-do attitude
- Able to multi-task and outstanding attention to detail
