-Perform Preventative Maintenance: Conduct maintenance and installations as per contract requirements.

-Ensure Compliance and Safety: Maintain assets according to O&M Manuals and adhere to Health & Safety legislation.

-Handle Reactive Repairs: Keep building assets functional and operational, addressing repairs promptly.

-Diagnose and Repair Faults: Anticipate issues, diagnose faults, and record all work accurately.

-Maintain Clean and Safe Environments: Ensure all equipment and plant areas are clean, safe, and secure.

If so, we want to hear from you!, Qualified Professionals: Time served apprenticeships or NVQ qualification in Heating and Ventilation or a mechanical discipline.

-Physical Capability: Ability to carry tools and equipment (up to 20kg), work at heights, and occasionally cover night shifts.
