Hygiene Operative - PM Shift

Ferrero is actively seeking Hygiene Operatives for our Halstead Plant to join our Afternoon PM shift. The shift operates from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday. As a vital member of the Ferrero team at our Halstead location, you will play an essential role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our production area. This position is crucial in maintaining the high standards of hygiene and operational efficiency that are necessary for producing top-quality food products., As a Hygiene Operative at our Ferrero Plant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining pristine production areas and equipment, ensuring both hygiene and safety standards are met. In collaboration with the Section Leader and engineering team, you will contribute to seamless operations through the effective completion of daily tasks and smooth shift transitions.

Your adaptability will be key, as you may occasionally be required to extend your hours to support the company's operational demands. Comprehensive training will be provided, equipping you with an in-depth understanding of various production roles and procedures, and enabling you to operate machinery with precision and care.

Prompt reporting of any faults or damages is crucial, as is your commitment to adhere to health and safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). By following QA/Technical policies, you will help minimise production wastage and play an integral role in the maintenance of our equipment.
