Full Job Description

Hygiene:
Cleaning offices, meeting rooms, canteen and communal areas.
Make sure the outside area is tidy and clean and bins are emptied regularly.
Re-fill soap/sanitizers/face masks… dispensers.
Ensure changing rooms are tidy and clean and stocked up.
Use compactor where applicable.
Any additional tasks requested by the line manager

Store area:
Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised stores area.
Plan and co-ordinate stock to enable orders to be placed in a timely manner to ensure no risk to maintaining optimum production.
Restock PPE and garments into changing rooms are issued in a timely manner;
Ensure goods received are checked in, visually checked for quality, and are recorded on the relevant paperwork.
Data entry and maintenance of the live computerised stock control system.
Carry out stock taking in accordance with instructions from management and provide reports to management - responsible for packaging intake and daily packaging mass balance records.
Any additional tasks requested by the line manager

Laundry:
Receive delivery of garments and dispatch to the required areas.
Collect dirty garments from the changing rooms and prepare to be despatched for washing.
Double check overalls are clean and intact when receiving from the laundry company.
Any additional tasks requested by the line manager.

Personal Specifications

We are looking for a positive candidate with a can-do attitude
No formal qualifications are required for this role as full training will be provided but experience in a previous cleaning position and involvement of using organisational skills would be advantageous.
The ideal candidate will be organised and reliable.
It is essential that stores levels are maintained in order that production is not compromised by a lack of appropriate resources. The individual will be able to work on their own initiative.

Role Definition
In charge of maintaining the offices, meeting rooms, canteen and communal areas cleanliness to audit standards as well as managing the stock and maintaining the cleanliness of our dry store area. This position is permanent, Monday to Friday (no week-ends) and full time with 40 hours per week.
