I&A Generalist Advisor

We have an opportunity to work for our Information & Advice Department as a Generalist Advisor. The post holder will provide Information & Advice to older people. The service is primarily office-based but may also include outreach or home visits; providing support to the Volunteer I&A Advisors, providing office cover as required and supporting the I&A Advice Case Supervisor in keeping our information resources up to date.

Are you a good communicator with an understanding of the issues affecting older people? Do you have experience in an advice based setting?
