I T Support Engineer

At the heart of our DNA is a desire to share our knowledge, insights and best practice to accelerate an open and sustainable future., We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our dedicated team based at our offices in Coleshill. The role will be to implement and support client IT tasks, including supplying and configuring PC's and servers and configuring and maintaining network hardware, together with assisting with remote access to Building Management Systems (BMS) and client IT networks.

• Monitor and maintain internal computer systems and networks



• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications



• Diagnose hardware/software faults and resolve appropriately



• Provide technical and application support via Helpdesk, including priortitising and managing multiple open cases to colleagues across the UK and Scandinavia
  
  Suitable candidates will have a minimum 3 years experience



• Have CompTIA Certification or equivalent



• Proven commercial IT experience, to include ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently



• Proficiency with Microsoft and practice management applications



• Experience in CISCO CLI and cellular routers is advantageous



• Strong focus on quality results and delivering exceptional service


As you will be required to attend client sites a full UK driving licence is required. Due to our office location own transport is advantageous
