IB: FIC Internship Programme 2025

The Deutsche Bank Internship Programme is designed to help you develop your skills through formal training and continuous support. Your experience in FIC might include pitching trades to the team, participating in client calls or exploring new financing opportunities. We recruit students and graduates who are intelligent and adaptable with excellent communication skills. They have degrees in many different disciplines. Even though good levels of numeracy are important for some roles, you won't necessarily need a formal mathematical or financial background. Our comprehensive training programmes will give you all the technical knowledge you'll need to build a career with us.,

• Be in your penultimate year with either your final year or masters year left to complete after the internship.
• Complete your studies (all final exams, coursework and have no outstanding requirements for graduation) between 1st August 2025 and 31st July 2026.
• Be able to start full time work in July 2026, subject to local working legislation and visa requirements.
• You should also be on track for a 2:1 or First (or equivalent) in your undergraduate degree.
• Possess no more than 12 months full-time, relevant work experience.
• For some placements within Fixed Income and Currencies, in addition to English, fluency in a European language is desirable.
