We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Patient Pathway Coordinator to join the Gastroenterology & Hepatology department to support the inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) team. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to develop their skills and experience in administration and pathway management. We are looking for a highly motivated and organised candidate who can prioritise a busy workload in a demanding environment and perform well under pressure., The post holder will help to manage the Patient Tracking List, schedule appointments when required, process patient letters and provide a high standard of administrative support to ensure patients receive treatment as soon as possible and ensure national targets are met. This post will also support the IBD team with the administration aspects of service delivery, including advanced therapy high-cost drug prescription coordination when required.
