Role - Are you an expert in IBM Sterling OMS and passionate about driving retail commerce solutions? Join our client's team as an IBM Sterling OMS Architect , where you will lead cutting-edge projects, mentor talented teams, and design innovative Order Management Systems (OMS) for global retailers.,

  • Architect and design IBM Sterling OMS solutions, including customizations and integrations.
  • Drive the technical architecture and implementation of IBM Sterling OMS solutions.
  • Lead and mentor teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient systems.
  • Play a critical role in transforming retail operations by implementing cutting-edge OMS solutions.
  • Lead technical workshops and guide stakeholders toward optimal solutions.
  • Oversee the design and build process for IBM Sterling Call Centre applications.
  • Manage the implementation lifecycle, including CI / CD processes and deployments.
  • Mentor team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

    12-15 years in IBM OMS, with 5-10+ years in OMS architecture.
  • IBM Sterling OMS Expertise : At least 2+ implementations for medium to large retailers, including experience with the latest version.
  • Deep understanding of Retail Order Management Systems and Retail Commerce.
  • Proficiency in Distributed Order Management, Supply Collaboration, Inventory Visibility, Payment Processing, and Reverse Logistics.
  • Hands-on experience with OMS APIs, services, and customization for IBM Sterling OMS and Call Centre.
  • Knowledge of CI / CD processes and tools.
  • Experience managing and mentoring teams of 10-30 members.
  • Consulting background.
  • Strong communication skills (oral & written).
