Full Job Description

To provide comprehensive clerical support to work alongside our Administration Co-Ordinator. The post holder will be expected to work with the minimum of supervision exercising independent judgment and using their own initiative. Confidentiality must be maintained at all times when dealing with patient/staff information. The post holder will be supervised by the Operational Manager on a day-to-day basis.
The post holder will provide a confident and professional service to all patients and their parents/carers, whilst supporting them throughout their pathway of care.

    + To deal effectively with all incoming and outgoing correspondence
    + To collate data for Key Performance Indicators for team.
    + Monitoring and ordering of stock.
