As our next ICT Apprentice, you'll be the first point of contact for end-users, delivering essential support and resolving a wide range of IT issues. From troubleshooting hardware and software problems to assisting with exciting IT projects, your role will be crucial in keeping our systems running smoothly and ensuring user satisfaction.
